Retired from fostering August 2023.
I am healthy 56 year old happily married lady based in Church Stretton, with a wealth of experience working with young children in my home and also within early years and primary school settings as a teachers assistant. I have experience with SEND.
I have two children, 4 step children and twelve grandchildren.
I have a clean driving licence and own a car. I can cook healthy nutritious food and can support young people with school work if needed.
I am happy to be a household help, mothers/fathers help.
I can support a new parent/carer with a young family.
DBS is current
I have always previously had an enhanced DBS due to the nature of my work.
Paediatric first aid trained.

Many years of pre adoption fostering sibling groups of 2 and 3 children aged from 4 months to 7 years.
Teachers assistant for young people in residential care.
Previously Early years and primary school teaching assistant.

Level 3 Foster carer.
NVQ L3 children and young people.

Monday -Wednesday 8.30am through to evening. Other days/ times negotiable.

Clare has been helping look after my three children (one with SEND) for several months. She has a wealth of experience and I am confident leaving her with them knowing that she will be able to handle any situation professionally and with care. She has embraced our rather chaotic life style and the children love her. I am really lucky to have found her :)
