My Experience

My name is Tazmin Steadman and I am 21 years old. I have a level 1 and 2 childcare qualification. I have experience working in childcare in various settings with my latest experience being Crèche and Kids club activity leader in a 5* resort in Greece. This role involved me leading activities, coming up with creative ways to engage children and caring for their daily needs. I find enjoyment in interacting with children of all ages and it is always lovely to see them grow in confidence and develop. I believe that my role within childcare can have a huge impact on the development of each child even if they are only in my care for a short time. I believe that each interaction we have with them builds a foundation and helps them form a positive view of the world around them. I enjoy working with children and families of all different backgrounds and am open to learning new ways of supporting and caring for children. I have experience working as a healthcare assistant with patients with dementia which helped me in my communication skills and ability to develop relationships with families which taught me many skills which I am able to translate in to childcare. I have a passion for travelling meeting new people and expanding my own knowledge of the world through lived experiences. I would love to work for your company as it gives me the opportunity to not only make a great impact in children’s lives but to also create memorable experiences for guests.
