About Me
As a Mum of four myself, I understand how important it is to be confident in the setting you are leaving your child in. I aim to create a nurturing home from home environment, supported by a gentle and responsive parenting ethos, for your little one to thrive in. Your little one's wellbeing will always be at the forefront of everything I do.
I have a cosy home with lots of toys and activities available, a lovely outdoor space and a dedicated messy play cabin for lots of arts, crafts and sensory experiences. I encourage lots of outdoor play in all weather, where appropriate. I also arrange daily outings to soft play, toddler groups, parks, woodlands, beaches, and many more!
For your peace of mind, I use the Tapestry app for parents to receive daily updates, including nap times, activities, nappy changes, and meals. I aim, where possible, to advise parents of my holiday dates for the year in advance.
I am open all year round and therefore, offer flexible options for all year round or term-time only contracts. 9 month, 2 year and 3 to 4 year funding is accepted.
My Experience
I worked as a nursery assistant for many years, whilst studying for a teaching diploma, with children 4 years and under helping them with their learning and development needs. I then went on to pursue a degree in Social work which enhanced my knowledge of safeguarding and supporting families as a whole. The last 5 years of my career have been spent working for a charity, supporting adults and children with disabilities, enabling them to access the resources they need to support them day to day.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.25 per hour
Childminding- £5.25 per hour or £50 for full day. Snacks and play groups included. Subject to a consumables fee of £1.50 per day the child attends regardless of hours. Fee waived if own consumables are provided (nappies, wipes, nappy/sun cream etc). Lunch to be provided by parents/carers. Other costs may occur for day trips.
Babysitting- £10 per hour. Event childcare i.e weddings please message me for a quote.
