About Me
Hi my name is Lucy, I am a SEN mum to a 13 year old boy and have nearly 5 years of experience working in childcare from birth to 5 years.
I am also hold a NCFE CACHE Diploma Level 3 certificate in the Early Years Workforce and a up to date Peadiatric First Aid certificate.
Additionally I am DBS certified and I am on the update system.
Reliable, trustworthy with a natural rapport with children, I am also calm, gentle and a nurturing person who loves to watch and encourage children to grow and develop. I adore working with children and have a real passion for it.
My Experience
For the past 5 years, I have been working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery.
My responsibilities have included supporting children’s learning and development through play, for example, planning and creating activities that keep children engaged throughout the day.
Additionally, helping children to become more independent and monitoring children’s progress to ensure they reach their developmental targets.
