Hi, I’m Milena

when I first moved to London 7 years ago, I worked as an au pair, which allowed me to immerse myself in childcare and family life. Before that, I spent a summer as a camp counselor with Camp America, where I organized activities, mentored kids, and developed skills to keep children happy, safe, and engaged.

I currently work as an HR Administrator, where I balance professionalism with a warm and approachable personality. Growing up with plenty of cousins, I was always the go-to babysitter in my family, giving me years of hands-on experience with children of all ages.

I understand the importance of trust, patience, and creativity when caring for children, and I strive to make every interaction fun, educational, and memorable. Whether it’s assisting with homework, organizing activities, or simply creating a safe space, I’m here to help.
