About Me

I am a highly dependable individual, who is honest and trustworthy. I enjoy working with children and am happy to be interactive and hands on.I have spent two years teaching in China and Zaragoza, Spain as well as having experience in a private household in Italy and the UK. My most recent role was a combination of housekeeping and nanny work. During this time I looked after three children, two school aged and a baby, taking them to school, extra curriculum activities and baby classes. I have a wide array of interests and hobbies, ranging from baking to playing ice hockey. I feel that I am an exceptionally well rounded individual with plenty of life experience. I've had a love for sport since a young age, always being active and partaking in many outdoor activities. Playing Roller Hockey was a large part of my youth, being selected to play for both Wales and Great Britain. At University, I studied Textiles and enjoy all forms of fashion. Before studying, I decided to complete two internships in fashion to gain industry knowledge. One of which was in Massachusetts, America. Whilst there I lived and worked on an organic farm, helping with produce duties and caring for the livestock in between my time at the Textiles Print company. Travel is a large part of my life. I have lived and worked on three continents, as well as visiting much of South East Asia and a large amount of Europe. During this time I enriched my culinary knowledge sampling dishes worldwide; experimenting with tastes and flavours. Being born in Wales, I was brought up bilingually. I am able to speak English, Welsh and hold a conversation in Spanish and Romanian.
