I am pregnant with my first baby girl and will be looking at going back to work Feb 2026 (baby will be around 10-11months old) but due to me working shifts, I am looking if there are any flexible childminders that can accommodate my schedule. Her dad works mon-fri 7am-6pm so will always be between these hours
