My Requirements

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and experienced live-out nanny to care for our child, who is currently 4.5 months old and will be 1 year old in August 2025.

This is a long-term position, and we are seeking someone who can commit to at least 2 years with our family.

Start Date:
• Full-time position begins in August 2025.
• Early start with half-days or occasional babysitting available.

Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday

Essential Requirements:
1. DBS Check
2. First Aid Certification
3. Education in Childcare
4. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience caring for infants and young children, with references available upon request.
5. Commitment: Willingness to commit to a minimum of 1 year in this role.

Preferred Attributes:
• Warm, nurturing, and patient demeanor.
• Strong understanding of infant and toddler developmental milestones, with experience supporting early learning through age-appropriate activities.
• Organized, punctual, and proactive in planning the child’s daily routines and activities.
• Flexible with occasional babysitting or adjusted hours if agreed upon in advance.

Duties Include:
• Providing attentive and loving care to our child.
• Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities to stimulate development.
• Preparing healthy meals/snacks for the baby and managing feeding routines.
• Following and adapting to the child’s established sleep and nap schedules.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for the child.
• Assisting with light baby-related housekeeping, such as tidying toys, organizing the baby’s laundry, and keeping the child’s play areas clean.
