About Me

Primary Pathways Tutoring.

Hello there, my name is Charlotte and I am an experienced Primary School Teacher offering private tuition for children aged 4-11. I am also happy to support secondary aged children, who require additional support to work through or consolidate the primary curriculum.

I have 18 years experience working in primary schools (mainstream and alternative provision) across all age groups and specialise in tailoring my teaching to meet the needs and ability of individual learners.

I am committed to working alongside parents and carers to provide the best education for their children. My tutoring offer is flexible and can be bespoke but I offer the following services:
* preparing learners for the phonics screening check (Y1), multiplication tables check (Y4) or the KS2 SATs (Y6)
* providing focussed teaching and support in a specific area of the curriculum to support children who are working below age related expectations to make increased progress in reading, writing or maths
* learning through play for younger children, those with additional needs or reluctant learners
* challenging learners who are currently working above age related expectations
* tutoring children who attend school during the day, are being home-schooled or have a part time school timetable or those awaiting a school place
* setting home learning for children to complete outside of sessions
