About Me
I am a head of department in a secondary school and have experience as an examiner. I have 7 years of classroom experience working with students with a variety of SEN needs. Sessions are in person or online, with discounted rates for block booking.
I create bespoke tutoring sessions for my students and can support in the following areas -

My Experience
I have worked within a mainstream secondary school for 7 years and currently hold the position of History Subject leader. I have taught both GCSE and A level Edexcel History courses (particularly Medicine Through Time, Weimar and Nazi Germany, Superpower Relations, American West and Early Elizabethan England at GCSE and Britain Transformed at A level).
My Qualifications
I have 7 years of classroom experience as well as working as a GCSE Edexcel examiner for 4 years. I studied History at Loughborough University and went on to gain a PGCE with QTS through a school centered teaching programme. I have gone on to undertake my NPQ in Leading Teaching.
