I'm 21, I'm living in Aberystwyth and looking for part time work. I have a passion for reading, writing, and film, as well as hobbies like working with clay. I have 4 brothers and I grew up with a single mum so I know how overwhelming it can be trying to balance life with kids despite not having any myself. Because of this, helping out became second nature to me from a very early age. 3 of my brothers are similar in age to me but the youngest has a 13 year age gap so I had a lot of experience with him since he was a newborn, babysitting while my mum was at work 3-4 nights a week.
My Experience
I have an 8 year old brother who I babysat from newborn until now consistently so I have great amounts of experience. I don't have qualifications but I have the experience and I grew up with 4 brothers (3 my own age). I can change nappies, sterilise bottles, cook and feed, bathe, entertain, tutor, put to bed, etc.
My Qualifications
Despite not having official qualifications I have experience and also was on a medical pathway in secondary school where I learnt how to recognise choking and administer the heimlich manoveur and cpr ( different techniques for both depending on whether a baby, toddler, child, or adult)
My Availability
I work 10-4pm monday/tuesday/Wednesday but I'm free every other day.
