About Me
We are a happy, easy-going family of five. We have three children (2 year old boy) and 18 week old twins (boy and girl).
My Requirements
Full time Nanny required in June
Our family of five is looking for a full time nanny to join us, five days per week starting in June (can be flexible on start date if required). We have three lovely children, a two year old toddler (boy) and four month old twins (boy and girl). We are a fun, active family and want to employ someone who fits into our family dynamic seamlessly. The nanny will be in sole charge of all three children, although the toddler does attend nursery/pre-school three days per week at present.
Our toddler loves animals and being an active boy. He’s got a very good sense of humour and an endearing cheekiness about him. Our twins are just developing their little personalities, with our girl already demonstrating why she deserves the title ‘princess’ and our boy showing us how chilled out and laid back he really is!
We strongly believe that childhood should be fun and that children learn best by having fun, so we’d love a nanny that shares this approach. As an active family ourselves, we would like the children to spend time outside each day, even if that is just jumping in muddy puddles and would love the children to socialise with others their own age each week through classes/meet ups.
If you are interested in supporting our family, please send through your CV. We look forward to hearing from you!
Experience:
Minimum 5 years childcare experience (essential)
L3 EYFS qualified (essential)
Multiple children experience (essential) and Twin experience (desirable)
Paediatric first aid (essential)*
Up to date DBS check (essential)
Driver (essential - ideally with own car to use)
Ofsted registered (or happy to become registered)
Nannying experience (desirable)
*please note, our little girl does have a heart condition. This does not affect her day to day and we wouldn’t expect the nanny to do anything medically related to her (such as appointments etc) but an up to date paediatric first aid qualification is essential.
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Hours: Full time 7am-5pm Monday - Friday.
Due to shift work, our ideal candidate would be able to work one week of lates every fifth week (hours to be confirmed but latest 8.30pm finish time). Whilst this is desirable, it is negotiable and not essential for the right candidate.
Pay: £16-18 per hour gross pay dependent on experience
