My Requirements
We are looking for an experienced, live-out full-time nanny to look after our 1 year old baby boy from mid-June 2025. We would love to meet someone that we can work with long-term like an extension of our family.
We are based 7 minutes walk from West Hampstead tube and overground.
Our baby currently attends nursery full-time and is a very happy and healthy baby but because he was getting sick so often at nursery, we would like to change to dedicated nanny care from 7:30am (or 8am negotiable) to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
Required:
- Experience working as full-time nanny for babies
- Skills in preparing a variety of nutritous baby meals (comfort in handling non-vegetarian food: eggs, chicken, salmon)
- Skills in teaching baby new skills (lots of reading, montessori learning, playgroups, etc.)
- Reliable, organised and proactive with a loving nature
- Support with light household help (vaccum, laundry, ironing, chopping fruits / veggies, keeping kitchen clean) - we already keep our home extremely clean and tidy, treating it like our sancturary so it's essential we have someone with similar values
- Paediatric first-aid training and Enhanced DBS
- Minimum of 2x references that we can contact
- Physically fit (ability to carry Babyzen Yoyo pram - 6.5kg up 8x steps)
Bonus - but not essential!:
- French or Italian-speaking (we are raising a tri-lingual baby)
- Local (near West / South Hampstead)
- Flexibility for ad-hoc babysitting / additional hours occassionally
