My Requirements

Due to my Nursing Degree I am looking for someone that could help to look after my children during my required work placements, at the moment this is pretty irregular, I have a placement in hospital up coming from 10/02/25 to around the middle of April and another placement scheduled for the summer. However upon successful completion of my degree and entering the world of nursing, weekly nanny help would be needed in the future.
Placements are normally hospital/ward based so hours are long 12.5hr shifts and there are 3 of those per week, this leads me to the need for a nanny for the youngest two of my children. My 7 year old daughter is in school and my son in nursery full time however, on shift days I would not be home until around 8-8.30pm. I am looking for someone lovely that would be able to collect my daughter from her after school club and my son from his nursery at around 5-5.30pm and be able to look after them just as I would until I return home. Duties would include, some light meal prep and help giving the evening meal, school reading book with my daughter, bath and bed time routine. We are based in haslingden and the ideal person for us would be someone with their own transport, DBS checked, with plenty of childcare experience and qualifications and most importantly someone that my children can really take to. Unfortunately my shifts won’t be in any kind of pattern and they are different each week which I understand may be hard to meet someone with the kind of availability that I would need but I can get shift notice in advance, I am going to contact my placement today and get my shifts for February and hopefully march which may help you to know if this job post is doable for you and I will edit when I have them.
