while I was in foster care I had the privilege of caring for younger children and babies, which has equipped me with a lot of practical life skills in handling different situations—from feeding and changing to ensuring they feel safe and loved. I also have hands-on experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school setting. This role gave me a deeper understanding of how to provide tailored care and support, especially when it comes to children with different abilities and learning styles.
