About Me
My husband and I have just had our first daughter in May - Alora. We live in Rutland but my husband works in Bristol and internationally. We have no family network in the area either so we are looking for some help and support for me and baby when he is away plus adhoc.
I would love help with her sleep as to date she’s never been put down and likes contact naps only - experience around this essential but we do not believe in any cry it out methods. She is breastfed but I have had some supply then nipple damage issues so experience with breastfeeding also would be great.
This support we envisage to be one night during the week. Also 3-4 days and nights (can be flexible for the right person) while my husband is abroad - next trip is 18th-30th July.
I have had a C-section and have a further 3.5 weeks until I can drive so full driving license is essential.
My Requirements
General help with baby, mother and household - focus on sleep training, general support, breastfeeding and breaks for mum to sleep. Happy to be flexible and there’s an opportunity for someone to shape what this might look like.
Past the short term, regular 1-2 days a week or adhoc evening care are something we would be interested in.
