Hello,
My name is Lydia and I am 20 years old. I’m a very bubbly, enthusiastic and positive person. I have a passion for working with children - I’m currently looking to become a Teaching assistant in a primary school.
My Experience
I have a level 3 extended diploma in health and social care and during this course, I completed work experience in a nursery setting. I began to study paediatric nursing where I was around children on placement and also have experience with SEND children because of this. However, at the time the course wasn’t a good fit for me so unfortunately I dropped out. I have a niece that is 22 months and a nephew that is 3, that I babysit regularly and have done since they were born. As well as this, I also babysit for other friends and families children. I have a passion for working with children and love helping them learn.
My Qualifications
I have GCSES in health and social care at a Level 2 as well as a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care. I also have a certificate in continuing education from Teeside university. During my course at university I completed a brief children’s first aid so I was able to go onto placement.
