Hello! My name is Nicola, and I am a 20-year old visiting student from the United States attending Oxford this year. I am studying English Literature, so I of course love to read. Outside of my studies, I am an avid baker and enjoy staying quite active through sport. As a sitter, I am patient and compassionate and love to engage through games, crafts and drawing, really anything that builds on imagination! I am comfortable helping with homework and housework, as well!
My Experience
I first began babysitting at 13 in my neighborhood for 2 families, one with children aged 6 and 8, and one with a 2-year old toddler consistently. I have maintained relationships with both families, and until today when I am home from university, babysit for the family with the 2-year toddler, who is now 9 years old. I adore the bond we share, and have loved watching her grow into a smart, witty young girl. Outside of these two families, I have babysat less frequently for toddler boys ages 3 and 5, and another young girl aged 2. Additionally, I am comfortable with cats and dogs and am more than happy to look after furry family members as well!
My Qualifications
I received my CPR certification through a course in high school, and am a certified pool lifeguard. I have my high school diploma
My Availability
I am available across a wide range of times, both weekend and weekdays. Additionally, I am available on short term notice. The only times I am unavailable for are Tuesday from 10-12, and Thursday from 11-1.
