I am a caring, fun and passionate individual who loves children. I am a relaxed but very motivated individual who loves the outdoors, socialising with friends and family and finding new places to explore whenever possible. I have recently just got back from 4 months travelling to Bali and Australia. This was a buck list experience for me and I learnt so much. Now ready to dive back into work.
My Experience
3 years experience in a nursery setting as a Preschool room leader. Level 3 qualified (Early educator). Worked in the baby room for over 1 years. The rest of my experience was in the Preschool room, where I completed my Level 3 course. The last 10 months I became room leader of this room and thrived in this role. I have up to date Paediatric First aid training and DBS checked, aswell as additional training in safeguarding children.
I enjoy exploring the outdoors with children as I feel this is so important for children’s health but also their learning of the world and socialising with others. I also love creating sensory, role playing and independent activities for all ages, to help their development and progression.
I also visited several schools, on work experience in college, where the children were aged 5-13 years old. While I was in these settings I supported the teacher and the children during lesson times. I enjoyed being hands on, building relationships and also being a positive role model the children could look up to.
