My Summary

My Experience

During the 2 years I studied at college I had the privilege of working in a variety of local nurseries and schools, where I have worked with children aged 0-7.
In addition, over the past 2 years I have been volunteering with the local Rainbows Girl Guiding organization with girls aged 3-7. With this group, we went on many trips such visiting the food bank, library, park and church. During these trips, I have supervised groups of children and instructed them through the activities.

My Qualifications

I recently qualified from my Level 3 in Early Years education and care from college. In addition to giving me an awareness of early years field, this course has given me the knowledge I need to promote the learning, growth, and wellbeing of children. I attended multiple placements at schools and nurseries that care for children aged 0-7 years. Outside of my course, I organised and carried out Children in Need fundraising events at the college where we sold cakes for the charity. I was also nominated as the representative earlier this year. In this role, other students come to me with their concerns which I voice in meetings.
