About Me
I am mother of 4 children: 2 birth boys aged 16 and 14 years; 2 adopted girls aged 10 and 11 years.
My Requirements
Seeking household help between the hours of 4-6pm Mon to Thurs
Really looking for a chef!!
Nutrition experience preferred as looking for someone to prepare healthy snacks for the kids and get dinner on the table for 6pm. Possibly doing this with one of the girls.
Our 11 year old daughter has significant regulation issues due to trauma, ADHD and autism and we need to put in a lot more structure to the day; as my husband is working so much I really need some extra support.
We are struggling to provide the structure needed in the family setting and balance the needs of all 4 children... and limit clashes between the sisters.
I'm particularly struggling to regulate my daughter when she comes home as well as getting dinner ready and other household tasks so someone taking on the food side and possibly being with one of the girls (mostly the 10 year old) would really help (we're in a food rut... and food is a big issue also for my daughter).
Anyone with good nutritional experience would be great.
