About Me
We are looking for a lovely Nanny starting mid May. We have 3 children, Mia (4), Wolfie (2.5) and Maverick (1). My daughter will start school in September, so it will be 3 for a few months and then mainly 2 children to look after. Daniel is an Electrical Engineer and I work as a Personal Shopper for Net-A-Porter. II will be working from home between 2-4 Days a week and my main reason for choosing a Nanny besides having that personalised care is that I can be around the children when the job isn’t that busy. As a family we love Arts & Crafts, Outdoor time, Books, any building toy and healthy food. I would say and have been told that my children are very well behaved, calm and easy to take care of. They treat eachother nicely 90% of the time and are very good at independent play in relation to their age. We have no allergies or special needs and my children are pretty much never ill.
My Requirements
I’m going back to work full time the last week of May and searching for a full time Nanny to start mid May, between 35-40h, ideally 9am - 4pm or 8am - 4pm. My kids speak German, English and French, finding a German or French speaker would be a huge plus, also a driving license would be a Bonus but isn’t a must. Otherwise someone who doesn’t mind that I speak to my children in German.
I’m ideally looking for a Nanny that is open to a Nannyshare in the future when my daughter is in school. I have a few friends in the area on maternity leave potentially looking to share a Nanny once their Baby is older. Only sharing with 1 other family/child to keep logistics simple. Obviously pay per hour would then increase by quite a bit.
Someone caring, reliable and tidy that enjoys seeing kids grow and learn would best describe what I’m looking for. Next best thing to mom basically that can become an integral part of our family :-)
