My Requirements

I am looking for somebody reliable who is able to look after my daughter overnight, current schedule would be for Friday - Saturday (school pick up on Friday until 1pm on Saturday) I can be flexible with some weekends though if time off is required. She has always been looked after by her grandfather however he is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy and this isn't feasible anymore. Ideally looking for somebody who has a great understanding of child development and mental health as this is likely to take a toll on my daughter as they are very close, I'd like her to build a strong, long-term relationship with somebody. Happy to discuss and negotiate any details. My daughter is very confident and outgoing and eager to make friends wherever she goes, can dress, feed and go to the bathroom independently and has no additional needs. She really enjoys arts and crafts, reading, outdoors and movie nights. She is spirited but very well behaved and has a good sense of humor. I'm hoping the Friday overnight will be temporary as I am actively looking for new work due to the circumstances but will still need help in evenings and weekends on occasion (and potentially emergency babysitting depending on situation with grandad) but this can all be figured out when it comes to it.
