My Experience
I bring a wealth of experience working with children, gained from various roles that have shaped my dedication to childcare. Growing up, my mother was a foster carer, and I often assisted her in looking after babies aged 0-6. This experience instilled in me the skills to provide attentive, nurturing care and to respond calmly and effectively to the needs of young children.
Additionally, I have professional experience as a special needs teaching assistant, which allowed me to develop patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with children of varying needs and abilities. This role gave me valuable insights into supporting children in their learning and development while fostering an inclusive environment.
For the past 3 years, I have also been teaching baby ballet and baby tap classes at my dance school every weekend, working with children aged 4-12. This role has further enhanced my ability to engage with children in a fun, creative, and structured way, while also promoting teamwork, confidence, and physical development.
