About Me
We are a family of four. I’m Holly, my partner is John, and we have two children, Everly and Reuben (a six year old and a three, nearly four year old), plus a very friendly and loveable labradoodle, Bertie.
I work in marketing at a brand agency and my partner is in the army.
We’re a friendly, easy going family who love spending time together.
Myself and my partner have busy work schedules and are about to change my son’s nursery, meaning his hours are reducing and we require a bit of extra support before and after nursery.
Reuben’s start date at his new nursery is April 22nd, so we’d love to have someone ready to go, having already met him.
My Requirements
My youngest son is three and soon to move to a local forest school that is walking distance away.
Unfortunately the new nursery provider doesn’t have availability for the hours we’ve been used to, and so we are looking for additional support to care for and entertain him in our home while we’re at work.
We will need support for the following:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 2.30-6.30pm
Thursdays: 7.30-9.30am (plus the above hours).
Our son is caring, energetic, curious and loves exploring. We’re looking for someone who can care and become a friend to him, help him explore the world together and keep him entertained. We’d need you to walk or drive to drop him off and collect him from nursery, which is very close; either a 10 minute walk or even shorter drive.
We have an older child but she will be at breakfast and afterschool club, so no support needed, although she is very chatty so no doubt would love to make friends if your paths do cross!
There could be more opportunities for evening and day care for both our children. We don’t have a huge support network as family live far away, so it would be great if there is flexibility to arrange a date night or evening away every so often.
