We're first time parents with a beautiful little girl called Louise. We both work shift work, me in an office and my husband is in the motor trade.
My Requirements
We need some childcare to cover some gaps in our shift work. Each week will be different so can't say how many hours we would need a week but we do get our shifts in advance. Potentially might need childcare over a weekend but we might be able to work around that.
