My Experience

I am a previous foster carer with an established background in SEN, early years care and secondary care and education. Currently, I am first aid qualified and working as a learning support assistant, dance teacher, interventions teacher and SENDco. I have also worked as a welfare assistant (School medic) in a secondary school. Before getting into childcare professionally, I was previously working as an office and business manager for a crime and justice firm alongside the MET Police and MPs.

Some of my responsibilities in my current roles are:

? Administer routine tests
? Undertake routine marking
? Ensuring correct medications and dosages have been administered
? Keeping an up to date record of child medical conditions and prescriptions
? Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students
? Establish constructive relationships with students and interact with them according to individual needs.
? Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self esteem and independence.
? Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education/ Behaviour Support Plans, and/or communication, sensory and other programmes.
? Encourage students to interact with others


Children are a breath of fresh air and I am very passionate about providing proper care and being a nurturing presence. I have extensive experience in managing and navigating challenging behaviours, special needs and disabilities.

My Qualifications

First Aid, safeguarding and prevent duty swell as a valid Enhanced DBS on the update service.

My Availability

Available during school holidays, weekends and weekdays after school.

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
