About Me
Hi, My name is Ros and I am a mother of three grown ups. My Chidcare setting is called Over the moon childcare and it’s situated in the heart of Mottingham. I have a lovely homely cat called snowy and I offer a home from home service for your children to feel comfortable and to be a part of my home. Recently inspected by Ofsted (2019) with a Good. I accept the 2 and 3 year old funding and other childcare vouchers. I have over 20 years experience working with children and young people. I offer all hours of the day to suit parents work and play time. I offer a safe, friendly and fun environment for children to play and learn effectively where I follow the EYFS framework. I enjoy swimming, walking , current affairs, listening to music and reading. I have a lovely garden with a climbing frame and lots of outdoor toys allowing your children to play for hours whilst learning effectively. In my setting we do regular library, museum visits and lots of outdoor activities which includes frequenting lakes and nearby woods. We also attend drop in sessions to our local and neighbouring play centers.

My son is looked after by Ros twice a week, and I am super confident that he feels happy whilst he is with her . He is a happy little boy and enjoys his time in Ros’s home which is clean and tidy and homely ! I like getting his daily reports telling me about his day and what his eaten etc . ( he eats very well when he is there 😂) he gets to play with other children and has lots of fun . Ros is very professional and if I ever have any concerns I feel I could approach Ros and discuss them .

Ros has been caring for my daughter for around a year now and has been so accommodating as I work different shifts each week. My daughter loves going there and really feels part of the family I’m ever so great full. Ros takes extra care in ensuring Janae is picked up and dropped off to school on time. Ros has a lovely home setting with many areas for the children to play, I would also like to add everywhere is always immaculate and very well looked after. Me and my daughter are extremely happy with Ros and the childcare provided.

Ros has been brilliant. Very friendly and keeps me well informed with my daughters progress. My daughter has learnt so much whilst in Ros’ care and always coming home with a new word or action. My daughter feels so at home there and always happy when we arrive in the morning. Couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend!

It was my first time using a childminder.
Ros made me feel very comfortable in her house and she explained me very well how does her service works.
My baby felt at home and she started straight away.
The house is very nice and clean and it does have a room just for the children.
We moved to a different borough and I feel sad for not being able to use Ros services.

Roz has been my childminder for my seven year old for the past 2 years. Roz is very accommodating as I am a nurse and sometimes my job can have unexpected demands which runs over my finishing time and Roz can be very supportive of this.
Roz is very good with my daughter especially when it comes to giving her food as my daughter is very fussy with meals.
My daughter loves going to Roz after school I would recommend Roz as she is a very good childminder.

Ros looked after my baby and was accomodating and flexible. I and my partner work odd hours and whenever we have leave our baby girl with her, she does not complain. A great woman, mother and minder. I will recommend her to another that have unstable work pattern.
