About Me

Hi! We’ve recently relocated back to Mountain Ash after living in London. I’m a single mum looking for a kind, caring, and fun part-time nanny to support me with my lovely 4-year-old son, Finn.

Finn has Down syndrome and is an energetic, happy little boy who brings a lot of joy to everyone around him. He loves being outdoors, building with blocks, reading books, singing, and dancing. He doesn’t have any medical needs aside from needing thickener in his drinks.

We’re looking for someone who is flexible, nurturing, and able to create a safe and playful environment for Finn. We’re a very easygoing and accommodating household—the most important thing is that Finn is well cared for and happy.

I’m a shift worker, so I often work late and occasionally on weekends. Finn is in school during the day, so the role would involve things like school pick-ups, after-school care, and sometimes helping with his bedtime routine. I receive my work rota for the whole year in advance, so we’ll be able to plan ahead. The pay would be consistent month to month, despite the variable hours.
