Hi! My name is Zuzanna and I’m a new ESL tutor passionate about helping children learn English with confidence. Originally from Poland, I moved to England when I was five, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language at a young age. My Experience
I've always enjoyed helping others learn, which naturally led me to tutoring. Growing up in a bilingual household, I often helped my parents with translation and understanding complex information, especially related to work or school documents. This taught me how to explain things clearly and with patience. I also volunteered at a youth club when I was younger, where I looked after and supported younger children during activities. That experience helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with kids of different ages. These experiences have shaped me into a patient, understanding, and adaptable tutor.
My Qualifications
I’m currently studying Sociology and Social Psychology at university, which gives me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and social interaction. I have experience working with children through my volunteer work at a youth club, and I hold a valid DBS check, ensuring I’m cleared to work safely with young people.
My Availability
I’m available for childcare on weekends, as well as Mondays and Tuesdays. I have university lectures on the other weekdays, so my schedule is limited to those days.
