About Me
I'm Kirsty and 34 years old. I've been in childcare for 16 years, and a nanny for 11 years.
I come from a farming background so love the outdoors, animals and walking my dog. I also enjoy music, swimming and cooking. I have 2 handsome boys, one is 5 years old and the other is 7 months old. I'm very proud to be their mum.
I have had a clean full uk driving licence for 17 years and I own my own car with business insurance.
My Experience
I have been Level 3 Qualified in Early Years since July 2008 and went on to work in a nursery.
I have progressed from Nursery Nurse, to a Senior Nursery Nurse to being the Room Leader of the Preschool Room.
Through out my time in the nursery setting, I have worked with all age ranges from 12 weeks to 5 years. But I have been mainly based in the preschool room (3-4 years).
I worked as a child minding assistant for 8 months with children aged 12 weeks to 9 years prior to travelling.
I worked as an after school nanny for 8 months with two children aged 4 and 7 prior to travelling.
During my travelling in Australia I worked as a live in nanny for 3 months for a family with two children aged 15 months and 4 years.
I have been a full time nanny since July 2013 with various families and different aged children.
In 2022, I had a small career change to an administration role, but still working as an adhoc and wedding nanny.
I now am a mother myself to 2 amazing boys, who are great characters!
I am able to plan activities for all age ranges of children to help them progress further in their development through life. I am a creative person, so art and craft activities are a favourite. I also love to use my imagination with role play activities and enjoy simple cooking activities for the children too. I understand that children love to explore and investigate new materials, places and environments.

Only Available for Adhoc Nannying and Babysitting in Berkeley, Dursley, Cam and surrounding areas on evenings and weekends. Wedding and Event Nannying in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, The Cotswolds, Somerset, Hereford, Bristol, Wiltshire and South Wales.
