My Requirements

Looking for someone available one day a week, preferably a Friday on a weekly basis to provide one - to - one care with my 2yr9m year old daughter with a speech delay. She is very sensory and can be incredibly shy. She also experiences selective mutism. She will be at nursery the other 4 weekdays. The large group environment of nursery has helped her socially in areas and making friends but we think she would also benefit from smaller one- on - one learning through play and the right nanny could be instrumental helping her in these areas. We would like a nanny, familar with working with children with speech delays and has experience with activities or who is willing to try resources we have found to help improve her speech but don’t have enough time to do with her, (and when she is not tired in the evenings) as both myself and my husband working full time from home.
