About Me
Having worked in schools for the past 10 years, I can confidently plan and deliver differentiated lesson plans for children of varied backgrounds, cultures and abilities, including SEN and EAL children. I can give a wide variety of feedback, knowing how to adapt this to the specific needs of the child. I strive to create fun and memorable lessons and design bespoke interventions for children that may need additional help. My effective strategies for classroom management and organisation ensure children can learn in a safe, stimulating environment. Having started my educational career in SEN, I understand the need to adapt and modify all lessons to the specific needs of the children.
My Experience
I have been a Primary School Teacher for over 10 years and having spent the 7 of those years working in a British curriculum international school, I am very experienced in working with children with EAL, as well as SEN. Naturally, in this environment, there is a high turnover of children. This means I am very capable of adapting activities on short notice, as well as building good relationships with children quickly.
