Hi I’m Saff :) I am 23 years old, I have hands-on babysitting experience, including supporting a child with autism, and I’m confident in providing care that is patient, understanding, and tailored to each child’s needs. I also have some experience with newborns. I’m naturally empathetic, and adore looking after children and I strive in building trust and creating a warm, fun environment for the children I look after. I genuinely enjoy being part of a child’s world and helping them feel happy and secure.
My Experience
I have a range of hands on experience caring for children of different ages and needs. I completed work experience in a primary school, where I supported young children in a classroom setting and developed strong skills in communication, patience, and creative play.
I’ve also babysat regularly for my own family, including my niece through her newborn stage, and my nephew who is autistic from birth up to toddler age. This has given me valuable experience in supporting neurodivergent children with care, empathy, and consistency. I’m confident in providing a calm, nurturing environment and adapting to each child’s individual needs.
