About Me
Hello, I am an Ofsted registered childminder, living in Addlstone/Chertsey with my husband and 17 year old daughter.
In my spare time I enjoy reading (mostly books on alternative therapy) and being out and about with my family and friends. I love the ocean and wide open spaces.
I studied anatomy, physiology and massage at college and this is something that still interests me greatly.
My Experience
I have been a childminder for 13 years now and was employed as a nanny for 15 years previous to that both in the U.K and the U.S.
The majority of my work came through word of mouth although I was also on the books of a number of nanny agencies in Knightsbridge, Kensington and Bayswater.
I worked in a creche in a healthclub in Chiswick in West London.
I have worked with children from newborn up to the age of 12
I have excellent references from parents who are still in regular contact with me, and the children who keep in touch with regular updates, pictures and little notes.
My Qualifications
I hold a paediatric 1st aid certificate and have attended a number of courses and workshops on safeguarding children, behaviour management and interactive play amongst others.
My Availability
I have two vacancies for Tues- Fri inclusive, 8am -6pm
