Hi, I'm Lili—a Psychology student at the University of Sussex with several years of hands-on childcare experience. I currently work at Sussex Kids Hub, an after-school club for children aged 4–11, and have previously worked in a nursery setting with children aged 5 months to 4 years. Alongside this, I volunteer as a youth support worker for 12–17-year-olds with West Sussex Mind, supporting young people experiencing mental health challenges. I’m DBS-checked, safeguarding-trained, and confident caring for children across a wide age range. My Experience
I’ve worked consistently in childcare since 2021. At Hungry Minds Nursery, I cared for babies and toddlers (5 months–4 years), supporting their early development and daily routines. I now work at Sussex Kids Hub, leading group activities and supporting primary-aged children (4–11 years) in a structured, nurturing after-school environment.
In addition, I’ve provided early morning babysitting for a 9-year-old, including breakfast and school drop-offs. I also volunteer as a youth support worker with West Sussex Mind, working with 12–17-year-olds navigating emotional and mental health challenges. Later this year, I’ll begin a placement with CAMHS Learning Disability Family Intensive Support Service (FISS), further developing my experience in supporting children and families with complex needs.

Level 3 Art & Design (UAL) – ideal for creative play and arts-based activities
My Availability
Weekends – available all day Saturday and Sunday (morning, afternoon, evening)
Weekday evenings – available occasionally with notice

My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
£11–£15 per hour, depending on time of day and number of children.
