My Experience

I deeply treasured the year I spent as a part-time nanny for two delightful children, aged 3 and 5. From story time and snack prep to imaginative play and gentle guidance through big emotions, our days were filled with laughter, learning, and love. Those moments, along with the time spent with my own nieces and nephews, truly deepened my passion for childcare and reminded me of how much I enjoy being a part of children's day-to-day lives.

My Qualifications

My hands-on experience is supported by my educational background. During my undergraduate studies in the United States, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, as well as in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. I am currently completing my Master's degree in Social and Cultural Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.

My studies have shaped the way I approach caregiving. With a strong foundation in child development, I understand how important it is to foster an environment that bolsters a child's sense of self, shapes confidence, and affirms each child's unique identity. These studies have also equipped me with the tools to support emotional development in everyday moments. I bring these insights into every childcare setting and strive to help children feel heard, valued, and free to express themselves!

My Availability

I aim to provide consistent, flexible support that fits your family’s routine. I'm currently available for part-time daytime, evening, and emergency care during the week, with limited weekend availability. Here's a general breakdown of when I'm available:
- Monday - Wednesdays: Available 7 AM - 11 PM
- Thursdays: Available 7 AM - 1 PM (Can be flexible)
- Fridays: unavailable
- Weekends: I am available either Saturday or Sunday — I like to keep one weekend day free for rest and personal time. Feel free to reach out in advance to check which day I'm available!

I know that arranging childcare can be stressful and I'm here to help. My hours can be flexible and I am happy to work together as best as I am able to find a schedule that works for your family's needs! Please reach out if you have any special requests or would prefer hours a little earlier or later - I'm happy to be as flexible as possible!

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)

I understand that every family is unique, and finding the right care that fits both your needs and your budget can feel overwhelming. I want to make quality childcare accessible and support families by offering flexible, fair, and transparent pricing. My rates reflect the time of day, number of children, and the level of support you may need—from playtime to tidying up the kitchen after dinner.

Here’s a breakdown of my standard rates:
- Weekday Daytime (7 AM - 5 PM): £15/hr
- Weekday Evening (5 PM - 10 PM): £18/hr
- Weekend Anytime: £22/hr
- Emergency (less than 48 hr notice): £25/hr

* £3/hr for each additional child, maximum 3 children
* £2/hr for household support (light cleaning, cooking, baking) when time permits
