About Me
We’re a warm, friendly family based in Hoddesdon with three lovely children: a baby boy (under 1), a 3-year-old daughter, and a 5-year-old autistic son who attends school in Hertford.
Our family is mixed-race (Black and White), and we value caregivers who are kind, culturally aware, and confident supporting children from diverse backgrounds.
We’re looking for someone reliable, nurturing, and experienced — particularly with babies, toddlers, and children with additional needs. We aim to create a respectful, calm home environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
My Requirements
We’re seeking a part-time nanny every Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to care for our baby and 3-year-old at home.
The nanny will also need to:
Take our daughter to ballet class at 11am in Hertford Heath
Pick up our son from school in Hertford in the afternoon (drop-off not required)
Our son is autistic and may occasionally experience sensory overload or meltdowns, so we are ideally looking for someone with SEN experience or confidence supporting neurodivergent children.
A clean driving licence is preferred, as is access to your own car, though alternatives may be considered.
This is a long-term role for someone who fits well with our family and can provide consistency, warmth, and understanding each week.
