I am an approachable young girl with a passion for caring for kids, i have worked within a child care provision for a year and a half with children as young as 4 months old and as old as 4, i have two siblings 4 and 5 years younger than me and also look after a man with autism on respite a weekend a month… i love forming bonds with the children to ensure they feel safe and see me as a friend rather than a ‘babysitter’ or ‘teacher’.
My Experience
1 1/2 years in a private child care provision called stepping stones nursery, was partaking in an apprenticeship whilst I was there but had completed my hours so am currently still doung the apprenticeship.
My Qualifications
I am current near the end of my level two child care apprenticeship.
My Availability
I am available most of the time during the week, I don’t yet have a driving license so would require some time to make it to the location via bus or taxi, this is the reason I wouldn’t be available to work before school hours.
