My Experience
I have experience working with babies and young children both in nurseries and with families at home.
• I worked in a baby room at Bright Horizons Nursery, where I helped with feeding, changing nappies, nap time, and play activities. I always made sure the babies felt calm, safe, and loved. I also used a digital app to keep parents informed about their baby’s day.
• I also worked as an au pair in England and Switzerland, taking care of children from 3 to 10 years old. I helped with their daily routine—getting dressed, meals, school homework, playtime, and bedtime. I also supported them with music practice and fun learning games. I always tried to make every day fun and full of care.
• Before that, I was a teacher in Colombia, where I worked with older children. That job helped me become more organized and understand how children learn and grow.
I’m patient, responsible, and always smiling. I know how important it is for parents to trust the person caring for their child. That’s why I always give my best—with love, attention, and kindness.
My Qualifications
I am currently studying the CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education in the UK (expected to finish in 2025). This course is helping me understand how to support children’s development in a professional and caring way.
I have experience working full-time in a UK nursery, where I learned about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), safeguarding, and child development.
I have also worked as an au pair in England and Switzerland, giving me practical experience with children of different ages, cultures, and routines.
I was a biology teacher in Colombia, which gave me strong skills in planning learning activities, being organized, and helping children grow.
I speak Spanish (native) and English (intermediate–advanced, B1–B2).
