About Me
Hey. I’m a 20-year-old university student, and I’ve been around kids pretty much my whole life especially my two younger brothers who I’ve helped take care of since we were little (and still do now). That’s where I really learned how to be patient, responsible, and how to keep kids entertained and safe.
People usually say I’m super friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I love playing sports (I’m decent at pretty much all of them), making music as a hobby, and chilling with video games in my free time. I’m also a really understanding person I like to listen and connect with people, which definitely helps when working with kids.
Even though I’m new to babysitting professionally, I feel confident and excited to help out families who need an extra hand.
My Experience
Last summer, I spent 3 months in the U.S. working as a camp counsellor with Camp America. I looked after kids aged 6 to 18, and while it was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve done, it was also one of the most fun and unforgettable experiences I’ve had. I learned a lot about how to support different age groups, keep things fun and safe, and work as part of a team.
Outside of that, I’ve been helping take care of my two younger brothers for years especially my 6-year-old brother. When my mum’s away, I do the school runs, make sure he’s fed, bathed, entertained, and just generally happy. Even when she’s home, I’m still hands-on and love being involved.
I might not have years of paid babysitting under my belt yet, but I’ve been in the role of a carer for a long time and feel confident, capable, and ready to help other families too.
My Qualifications
While I don’t have official childcare certifications (yet!), I have a lot of hands-on experience from both personal and professional settings. I worked as a camp counselor through Camp America, where I was responsible for kids aged 6 to 18 helping run activities, keeping them safe, and being someone they could trust and talk to. I have done first aid training twice but wasn’t given a certificate.
My Availability
Right now, I’m super flexible. I’ve finished my university coursework, so I have a lot of free time. I do have a part-time job, but I only work two shifts a week Friday and Sunday so I’m available most weekdays and Saturdays. I’m happy to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings depending on what you need.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
I typically charge £10 per hour but able to lower a little bit if need be, depending on the number of children and what’s needed during the job. I’m comfortable looking after up to 3 or 4 children at once and can help with things like homework, meals, bedtime, and school runs if needed.
My Documents
- UK Passport (added 16/05/2025)
