About Me
My name is coco, I’m a 20 year old girl just finishing my second year at Bath University. I’m a kind caring person who wants to bring out the best in every child. I have a full clean UK driving license. I’m looking for a month’s work before I start my placement in the middle of July. I would like to start as close to the 13th of June as possible. I would be willing to do anything and fit people’s needs. I would be happy to be there in evenings, mornings or all day. I’m also happy to do the odd babysitting here and there.
My Experience
I have been caring for children since the age of 16, starting with occasional babysitting for family, friends, and local families. Over the years, my experience has grown into more consistent and full-time nanny work, looking after children ranging in age from 1 to 7 years old.
I’m confident managing routines, handling challenging behaviors with patience, and communicating openly with parents to ensure the best care possible. My time in child care has not only strengthened my practical skills, but also deepened my passion for working with children and contributing positively to their growth.
My Qualifications
While I do not have formal childcare qualifications, I have over 4 years of hands-on experience caring for children aged 1–7. Through consistent nanny work and babysitting since the age of 16, I’ve developed strong skills in child safety, early childhood routines, emotional support, and creative play. I am responsible, patient, and confident in managing daily tasks and responding calmly in any situation. I am always open to learning and would be happy to undertake any relevant training if required.
