About Me
Hi there! We’re a Bulgarian couple who met while studying in Scotland, where we both graduated and started our journey as a family. In 2021, we welcomed our daughter Reya—our little ray of sunshine.
By day, I work as a laboratory scientist at a startup focused on tackling breast cancer, and my partner is a machine learning engineer (our resident tech guru!). Outside of work, we’re an easy-going, outdoorsy family who love cycling, climbing, and exploring the beauty of nature. We're also passionate foodies who enjoy discovering new cuisines and cooking together.
At the heart of our family are the values we live by: empathy, respect for others’ feelings, openness, and kindness. We believe in creating a warm, caring environment where everyone feels seen and valued.
My Requirements
Reya is starting P1 school this year (2025) in Broughton Primary and we are looking for after school pick up and care for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:45pm till 6/6:30pm. Reya has attended St Margarets nursery and is described by her teachers as a very bubbly and happy girl. She proceeds with caution at first but then can be very playful and funny. She prefers and speaks better English than Bulgarian. Reya likes drawing, reading books, play dough and puzzles.
