My Experience
I have over a year of working as a TA with children with special needs , and also as a teacher for children ages 3 - 18 at a drama school . This role gave me the opportunity to support and engage with children in a creative environment, helping them express themselves through play and performance. It strengthened my ability to adapt to different needs, communicate with care and patience, and create inclusive, nurturing spaces where every child feels valued and understood.
My Qualifications
I hold a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, ensuring I’m fully cleared to work with children and committed to their safety and well-being. While I’m currently gaining hands-on experience during my gap year, my approach is grounded in responsibility, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development. I also bring strong communication skills in both English and Welsh, which helps me connect with children and families from a range of backgrounds
My Availability
I am fully available on weekdays and would be ideal to help with after school services for parents in full time work .
