I’ve spent the last seven years working in the theatre industry, where I’ve been able to bring my imagination and collaborative spirit to life. My Experience
I have had plenty of experience both personally and professionally, with supporting young people dealing with a variety of challenges, limitations and needs. This involved supporting educational learning (at various levels), as well as effective communication with the families/guardians. This was crucial in developing and implementing strategies and routines which best supported their day-to-day requirements. During the pandemic my work as a caregiver required me to be adaptable and responsive to the challenges faced by individuals living with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and even physically limiting conditions such as cerebral palsy.
My Qualifications
I have a Ba in stage management and Technical theatre but many training certificates from my Caregiver work as well as a GCSE in child development. I have my English and Maths GCSE
