My Experience
With years of hands-on experience working with children in both professional settings and as a mum of three, childcare has always been at the heart of what I do. Before relocating, I worked as the Deputy Manager of a busy preschool, where I was responsible not only for the day-to-day running of the setting but also for leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care and learning.
I have a strong passion for supporting children with special educational needs and was the designated SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) in my previous role. I take great pride in creating inclusive environments where every child feels understood, supported, and able to reach their full potential.
I am fully safeguard trained, paediatric first aid qualified, and confident working with children of all ages and abilities. I bring a warm, professional approach, along with plenty of patience, creativity, and commitment to helping children thrive.
