Hello! My name is Millie, and I’m a full-time artist offering full-time nanny services and part-time babysitting support. I bring a caring, creative, and patient approach to childcare, with a particular passion for supporting children with additional needs.
My journey into childcare began with my younger brother, who is autistic. From a young age, I took an active role in supporting him, using my empathy and creativity to connect with him on a deeper level. This nurturing bond has helped him thrive — and sparked my dedication to supporting others in a similar way.
Since then, I’ve expanded my experience to working with autistic children and vulnerable adults across a range of disabilities and conditions, always ensuring I tailor my care to each individual’s needs. I hold a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism (NCFE CACHE) and I’m currently looking to build on my knowledge by completing a Paediatric First Aid course.
