About Me

My name is Maia. I grew up in Hong Kong and moved back to Scotland two years ago to start university. I enjoy sports and play both netball and football. I am currently studying Sports Development and Coaching at Stirling University with the intention of completing a PGDE in Primary education afterwards.

My Experience

I have been babysitting for several different families for six years, since I was 14. I have also been coaching netball and football for five years which also allowed me to work with young kids from ages 8-16. I also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Australian International School Hong Kong for eight months in the time period I had between completing school exams and beginning university.

My Qualifications

I have completed a safeguarding course and have a foundation coaching qualification.
