My Experience

With over six years of experience working with children across a range of ages and settings, I bring a strong foundation in child development, a nurturing approach, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth through play and learning.
I hold an HNC in Additional Support Needs from Glasgow Clyde College, which included core learning in child development and early education. I am registered with the SSSC and regularly complete professional development, including annual child safeguarding training. Over the years, I have worked as a Child Development Officer and Support for Learning Worker, focusing primarily on children under five, and as a Playworker supporting school-aged children between 5–12 years old.
This diverse experience has given me valuable insight into different stages of development and the ability to tailor my care and communication style to each child’s needs. I believe in promoting learning through play, encouraging independence, and creating a safe, engaging environment that supports children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.

My Availability

I’m available from Thursday at 12pm and all day on a Friday. My typical working hours are between 8am-6pm and can be negotiated.
