Hi! I’m Sarah and I’m a full time special needs teacher i’m Birmingham. I am available for special needs tutoring, GCSE English tutoring for AQA and OCR and for babysitting over school holidays and some weekends. I am a chatty and creative person who likes to look for new and exciting activities to do with children. I try to make learning engaging and make play fun.
My Experience
I have worked as a SEN class teacher in a specialist provision for the past two years. Prior to this I worked in a mainstream primary school teaching year 5. I have worked with children of all ages from 2-16 and of all abilities. I have tutored GCSE English literature and language from both OCR and AQA and can tutor English to younger ages and primary level Maths. I have also worked as a nanny with smaller children and have babysat for neighbours and family friends since I was a teenager.

BA English from the University of Birmingham
PGCE Primary from Goldsmiths University of London
Qualified Teacher Status
MA Inclusion from University of Birmingham (pending)

My Availability
I am available during the daytime during the school holidays starting from August 1. I am available for tutoring on weeknight evenings.
